DescriptionDetails about an individual's identified needs to have an interpreter involved in communication.
UseUsed to record details about an individual's identified needs to have an interpreter involved in communication. This archetype is specifically designed to be used within the context of any appropriate ENTRY or CLUSTER archetypes which supply the context of either the request for interpretation, an interpretation that is performed or the persistent overview of the individual's interpretation needs. Use to record a structured request for an interpreter as a part of an order for example in the SLOT 'Patient requirements' in the INSTRUCTION.request archetype. Use to provide persistent information about the individual's needs for an interpreter using the 'Details' SLOT in the EVALUATION.social_summary.
