DescriptionSpecial Patient Note. This is the text comment normally added by general practices in the UK to provide additional free text information about the patient's care for use by unscheduled care services and other care providers as agreed by the local health and care system. Specifically in the UK the GP Special Note is a concept that forms part of the Key information Summary (KIS) which is completed by GP practices for patients for whom they wish additional information to be made available via the Emergency Care Summary and Key Information Summary service.
UseThis archetype should be used for storing data relevant to the Special Patient Note as per the description
